Application

It is a ful line to produce all kinds of caotings and paintings，such as water-based paints and coatings, oil-based oil paintings and cioatings.

Working principle

Firstly,This device can independently accomplish the process of emulsifying, dispersing, grinding, refining, cooling, filtration, vacuum suction, as well as semi-automatic filling. The yeild is about 5000 ton.(It is customizale according to ur needs) 8 tanks are separately controlled by8 filters.

Main Features

Water-based Paint Complete Production Line consists of materials feeding system, dispersing and grinding paste system, tinting system, discharging and filtration system, pipeline system, control system, filling system, cooling, cleaning, and platform. From materials feeding to finished product packing, the whole process works under completely closed condition. Pipeline production process is with high efficiency. International advanced dispersion and grinding system is adopted to realize good fineness and stable product with good quality.

Control System

1. IPC,Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable.
2. Adopts weight measurement and flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response and long service life. It measures the materials feeding/discharging accurately and display it on the host computer to avoid error caused by operator during operation to improve the product quality.
3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.
4. On-spot control panel, MCC Cabinet, PLC box.
